Full Time Employment

Membership & Program Administrator

We are currently seeking a motivated team-oriented individual to join our staff as our Membership & Program Administrator. Winding Trails has a progressive and diverse program and extensive activities serving children, families, and individuals. This position performs administrative duties relating to managing the main office, our membership program, and a variety of recreational programs and special events. This position is the main contact with the public and is responsible for data entry, answering phones, processing monies, ordering supplies, and other office-related duties. This is a nonexempt full-time position with a starting salary of $23 per hour, a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, 5% contribution to retirement plus up to an additional 3% match, health, dental, and life insurance. Dunning Lake Lifeguards:  We are looking for qualified Lifeguards and Swim Instructors for the summer. Dunning Lake is open May 31st - Labor Day. Applicants must be 16 years old and an American Red Cross Certified Lifeguard. Winding Trails can handle all additional training and certifications needed to work at a waterfront. Boat Attendants: All Boat Attendant Positions have been filled for the summer of 2025

Camp Counselors: Spend the Summer working outside with children ranging from 3-13 yrs and gain wonderful, lifelong experiences as well. June 23rd - August 15th. Send application to Paul Cappadona at paul@windingtrails.org

Camp Specialists: Guide campers through activities such as Arts & Crafts, Archery, Boating, Drama, Fishing, Mountain Biking, Music, Nature, Soccer, Tennis, Lacrosse and Outdoor Adventure. Must be 18 yrs or over. June 23rd - August 15th. Send application to Paul Cappadona at paul@windingtrails.org

Camp Lifeguards: We are looking for qualified Lifeguards and waterfront staff at camp to teach lessons and supervise free swims but wait, there's more. Camp Lifeguards also participate in all camp special events and activities, openings, closings, dress up days, etc. Applicants must be 16 years old and an American Red Cross Certified Lifeguard. Grille Manager: We are looking for a qualified manager to run our summer Grille. This is a seasonal position, Starting mid May through Labor Day.
